Course description

A thermodynamic steam trap operates based on the principle of fluid dynamics. It utilizes the difference in pressure between steam and condensate to open and close a valve. As steam enters the trap, it lifts the valve, allowing condensate to be discharged. When the steam pressure decreases, the valve closes, preventing steam from escaping.
